Printing

We specialize in high quality printing, we do use only specialist, dedicated media from reputable supliers.

Printouts up to 160 cm width we produce with eco-solvent on japanese plotters MIMAKI JV33 and JV3.
Standard resolution is 720×720 dpi, single ink drop is of 2-6 picolitre size, quality is photo-realistic.

Widths from 160 cm up to 260 cm are produced on Mutoh, 720×720 dpi, single ink drop is 12 picolitre.

Widths from 260 cm up to 320 cm in one piece and other typical for outdoor we print on 320 cm plotter (360×360 dpi, 32 picolitre drop).

Printouts are waterpfoof and strongly resistant to UV.

Printing media examples

For rollups, banner stands and other similar products that reqiure high-end quality we mainly use Ferrari-banner FR456 500g/m2, Swiss production. It does not fold or bend on egdes, no matter the time of expostion. Half glossy, printouts have vivid, saturated colours and even small details are very sharp. Ferrari-banner has a fireretandancy certificate (B1: DIN 4102-B1).
As alternative option for rollups we can offer stop-light polyester 240μm, mat surface.
Economic options: stop-light polyester 180μm and Smart-banner 300g/m2.
For pop-up walls, counters and promo-stands we use only dedicated media with stop-light layer. Printing directly on material secured with deep crystal lamination. B1-certified media are available.
Posters are mainly printed on whiteback-paper, Swiss made, SIHL company: 135g/m2 and 200g/m2 or on photo-paper (glossy).
Canvas – we do use high quality canvas fabric (90% cotton, 10% synthetic), it is very similar to traditional painting material.

We also specialize in printing on foils, monomer and polymer: standard – with white undercoat, transparent or with stop-light undercoat.
Printouts are laminated, mat or glossy.
Foil printouts can be applied on different kinds of technical boards: PVC, plexi/acryl, dibond, HPL, HDF etc.

File parameters:

We prefer TIFF or PDF files, CMYK color space, at a minimum resolution of 120dpi, 1:1 scale.

Dimension graphics:

We do standard cuts of prints to the image – so we need about 2mm „bleed”.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to add 5 cm to the bottom of the image – this is an area that is hidden in the cassette – but if it is not printed it can „shine” white at the bottom of the print right near the cassette.
